Pedals, Purrs & Buzz is a blog documenting my journey through Sweden on a bike with my cat. Here I share my experiences, thoughts and tips for all the adventurous souls out there. Join us on this unique journey and be inspired!

Hi! My name is WaspBee and I live outside Helsingborg in Sweden. I'm autistic and passionate about nature experiences and adventures. I started this blog to share my unique project: building a bicycle trailer and traveling with my cat Mystic. I have always loved being outdoors and cycling is a fantastic (and cheap!) way to experience the world.

The idea of building a trailer to pull behind my bike came to me a few years ago. I prefer to carry a bit more gear when I cycle, rather than traveling light. I see it as an opportunity to combine my passions and create something entirely my own. As an autistic person, I sometimes find social situations difficult, but I feel at home in nature. I hope that my adventures can inspire others to dare to follow their dreams and challenge themselves, regardless of background.

Mystic is my best friend and companion, and I am convinced that she will love exploring the world with me. On this blog, you will be able to follow the trailer build from start to finish, learn from my mistakes, and share my successes. You will also get to join us on our cycling adventures and see how Mystic takes on life on two wheels. I plan to update the blog a few times a week, especially during the planning phase.
